  1. Roanoke Valley Visitors Guide listing – our new fulfillment piece is a 40-page color magazine of which 200,000 will be printed for 2009. Members receive Visitor's Guide advertising. (Your business would be listed under the appropriate category at the next printing in December 2009.)

  2. Website listing – all members are listed on the Bureau’s website, www.visitroanokeva.com and receive a link from our page to the member’s web page.

  3. RED (Regional Entertainment Discount) Card Program – members may supply discounts to the RED Card program.  Discount cards will be available to consumers through the Visitor Information Center, the Bureau’s website and distribution at conventions and sporting events.

  4. Kiosk listing – members are listed on the interactive kiosks located in the Visitor Information Center, as well as other locations throughout the Valley.

  5. Visitor Information Center – all members may display tourism related promotional materials in the VIC, which serviced over 22,000 travelers last year. 

  6. Cooperative Advertising opportunities such as Tradeshows, Convention/Leisure Advertising, Roanoke Valley Golf Package Program and other promotions/packages.

  7. Listings in additional Bureau publications, such as the Roanoke Valley Meeting Planner’s Guide and Roanoke Valley Group Tour Planner.

  8. Monthly reports of inquiries – a listing available by request to track those that inquire general or specific information. 

  9. Free use of Bureau’s logo in your promotions.

  10. Invitation to Annual Meeting & Luncheon.

  11. New Member recognition in Bureau's quarterly newsletter, Mountain Views. This newsletter is sent to approximately 700+ organizations and individuals.

  12. Hospitality Workshops – Members receive discounted registration to Hospitality Training Workshops, which are offered by the Bureau twice a year.
